 The Ronald McDonalds House Charity is makes huge positive impact on
society. The charity provides housing to families who have travel in order to
receive medical care for their child. A lot of families do not have the money to
pay for a hotel room for long period of time, especially with medical bills, travel
expenses and other various costs. Having a place to stay, for free close to the
hospital a huge weight lifted off of the shoulders of families or guardians who
are dealing with the sickness of a child. Ronald McDonalds House Charity also
provide rooms in hospitals for family members to get some rest, take a break
from the business of a hospital environment, or get a change of scenery. Any
chance to get some rest is greatly appreciated for those who are stressed or
worried, especially in a hospital’s environment.

Management is situational because in a company or business, good and
proper management can help the development of each employee if the manager
has a fair view of each one. This is where an employee can be taught how to
move properly based on his work or task. A manager must also know how to
look at each side before taking action if he has not heard each side.

I believe that management is universal because a group or organization
has a leader. A manager is very important because he himself will run an
organization; a group will be well when the manager has a heart for what he is
doing. It will help the manufacturers if their manager is broad-minded
because he can meet or give a good solution to every problem that a company
will face.

7. Management is concern with people

A manager must be concerned with his subordinates so that each
employee can have a smooth work flow. I also believe that if a leader also gives
respect to the employees, I agree that not only the company will develop but
also the organization of each employee. Let's appreciate each employee
because we cannot run an organization or company if you are the only one.
