CHAPTER II

Findings Analysis and Discussion

A. Learning Assessment

I learned a lot about personality development throughout the 10

days of my on-the-job training. Possessing self-assurance, good posture,
and a poised movement. I also learned how to greet guests politely and
present myself well. Also, I learned how to properly deliver food and
beverage services, interact with guests effectively, and how to properly
handle customer or guest complaints. I also learned the right method to
offer food and beverages when we are in-flight services. I also try various
wines; red wine goes well with red meat, while white wine goes well with
white meat. Also, I learned about the various sorts of mattresses and rooms,
as well as the hotel's amenities.

I also studied hotel familiarization and observed how to check in

and check out the guests at the hotel. I also learned about how to serve
customers at the restaurant during my training at Top Air Cabin Crew
Training Center. I can claim that I have gained a lot of knowledge that I
can apply to my future endeavors in the industry and field of my choice.

B. Facility Assessment

Top Air Cabin Crew Training Center when it comes to the

facilities and equipment, it is good because every room has a strong air
conditioning unit. They use a flat-screen TV for teaching so that we can
better understand the lesson. My only concern is that there should be more

restrooms to be used and there must always be an adequate supply of

water. The canteen is also good because there is a lot of food to choose
from.

C. Training Assessment

During the training at Top Air Cabin Crew Training Center, it is a

lot of fun and you will learn a lot. You will see that they are determined to
teach their students. They did not leave us during my training at Top Air
Cabin Crew Training Center. You will learn a lot not only about being a
Cabin Crew but also about yourself to achieve your dreams, to not lose
hope. and I know that I can use it one day in my future job.

D. Trainers Assessment

Ma'am Mitch is a good instructor, and a very kind person because

she doesn't easily get angry with her students and when it comes to her
teaching style, she used her personal experience to teach us. For me, when
you came out of Top Air, you learned many things.

9
INTEGRATION REPORT

Ma'am Moni is also very good at teaching and a very kind

instructor. She always makes us pray before and after class and she is very
godly when it comes to her teaching. I will very impressed because there
were always funny topics in her discussion. Although they all have different
teaching techniques, I am very grateful for being one of my instructors.

Ma'am Adette is also one of the good teachers and like Ma'am
Mitch she is also very kind to us, and she did my makeup on the grooming
day they are very loving instructors.

CHAPTER III

Conclusion

I can honestly say that during my ten days of training at the Top Air
Cabin Crew Training Center, I enjoyed it. There was no pressure on me to
perform the tasks that the trainers assigned, and for me. That was the best
experience I had during my college year before starting the next chapter
of my life. Because of the experience and credentials that the Top Air
trainers have, I think that they provide the greatest trainers available.

The facilities and some items that are necessary for training, such
as the actual equipment or materials that are inside the hotel or the aircraft,
are the only things I believe they need to improve. Nevertheless, overall, I
can recommend Top Air to those who don't want to feel under any pressure
and who want to enjoy their on-the-job training.
