Company history
Being airborne always starts on the ground.
When we established our back then. Fresh in the industry, we were raring to
traverse the aviation scene equipped with our dedication, knowledge and stern vision
to succeed. Training school in 2005, we only had two hobby aircrafts to service
our students. We also had two students in only two years, students from neighboring
countries have discovered our firm dedication to deliver first-rate training to those who
wants to explore the skies. With our excellent performance we were able to take in 60
Pilot Training students in one batch. That’s the time we saw the need to veer out of the
crowded skies of Metro Manila.

The New Home of WCC Aviation Company.

In 2008, the Binalonan Airfield served as the nesting ground of our aircraft and crew.
Operated and services privately by us, we were able to master every aspect of flight
operations which opened a whole new facet in aviation services and training.
Binalonan
Airfield started offering flight services to business, individual, and flight training patrons,
featuring an 850 meter north-south runway capable of handling general aviation and
midsized commercial aircrafts. WCC Aviation Company, Inc. manages airport
operations,
including flight plans, aircraft maintenance, catering, fueling, and shuttle services.
WCC College was also founded on 2008, offering Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance
Technology (AMT) as the second campus to offer AMT programs after the Caloocan
campus (established in 2007). There were 4 students enrolled in its first year of
operation.
The Most Comprehensive Aviation-Based School
The Aircraft Maintenance and Flight Attendant Course were established on that same
year. It catered to the growing need of the airline industry, local and abroad, for
aviation professionals equipped with proper training and distinct knowledge in the
airline operations. Our Caloocan Campus served as the breeding ground for aircraft
mechanics while our Quezon City Campus honed the safety skills of our flight
attendant students. Three programs were added on 2010 – BS Aviation, BS
Aeronautical Engineering, and BS Tourism. And as we complete our flight towards
excellence and superiority, we open a new era of professional instructions, stand-out
equipment and facilities, and courses and partners that are inclined towards the
aviation and airline industries. There is no telling what the next years will behold us.
However there is a bedrock certainty that WCC Aviation Company will maintain an
unwavering commitment to strive for aviation excellence and conquer the skies with
flying colors.
Corporate Structure
Starting as a Flying School, we have evolved into a company engaged in a range of
aviation services in the Philippines and Southeast Asia-wide. WCC Aviation Company
is fast developing into a diversified business model that delivers a wider array of
aviation and tourism-focused education. All our programs are recognized and
approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Technical Education
and Skills Authority (TESDA), the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the
Department of Education (DepEd).

WCC Pilot Academy (Flight School)


Established on the standards of excellence, leadership and quality, the WCC Pilot
Academy is the premier flight school in the Philippines that offers tailor-made pilot
training solutions to individuals who wants to pursue a career as an aviator. We offer
First Officer Ready programs and Commercial Pilot License Courses.

WCC Aeronautical and Technological College (North Manila and Binalonan


Pangasinan Campus)
WCC higher education and aviation training programs are offered through the WCC
Aeronautical and Technological College (WCC AeroTech). WCC AeroTech is unique
among other tertiary institutions because it puts equal weight on the academics and
training programs as well as the character building formation of students. We nurture
our students with sufficient knowledge and skills they need by providing the best
facilities, exceptional instructions and industry-experienced faculty.

WCC Flight Attendant School


The WCC Cabin Crew Program is an intensive 45-day training TESDA-approved (and
soon CAAP-recognized) course that introduces the student to the entire operation of
the airline industry. It is likewise designed to provide future flight attendants with
sufficient knowledge on safety, customer service, personality development, English
proficiency and survival swimming giving them competitive edge in pursuing a career
as cabin crews.
WCC Repair Station
WCC is the only institution in the Philippines who manages its own licensed
maintenance shop through the WCC Repair Station. Its commitment to provide quality
and on-time delivery at competitive rates makes the maintenance shop one of the
sought for aircraft repair shops in the country.

El Pinoy Fly-In Resort


Located beside the Binalonan Main Hangar, this 60-room resort is every aviator’s
dream accommodation – right beside an airfield! It boasts of amenities that answers
the needs of pilots after a day of busy flight -a pool, 24-hour security and elegantly
designed rooms.

Binalonan Airfield
Privately owned and exclusively operated by WCC Aviation Company, this 850-meter
long airstrip is your northern gateway to adventure. The Binalonan Airfield is an abode
for our Pilot students who seek a controlled flying environment and a venue that is
conducive to learning as it is located in the budding University Town of Binalonan,
Pangasinan.

Sky Pasada
The airline and charter company of WCC Aviation, Sky Pasada is known to be the
jeepney of the sky. With competent pilots and backed by the savvy dynamic staff, we
make sure that you have a pleasurable trip around the islands of the Philippines.

No employee shall attend in two (2) consecutive external training programs within
six (6) months to ensure proper application of learning. An exception would be
where additional training may be required as necessary by the employee’s
immediate supervisor.
After the training program, attending employee should surrender manuals and
materials gathered.

TRAINING SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
Employee shall be required to sign Training Sponsorship Agreement stipulating
the terms and conditions prior to the training schedule date. However, if employee fails
to complete the period of time specified on the agreement due resignation, he/she will
be required by the company to pay the balance corresponding to the remaining
contracted months (pro-rated).
