The US political landscape has been turned upside down following the FBI's 'unprecedented'
execution of a search warrant on Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Florida on 8 August
2022, at 9 AM – especially for a non-sitting president and one who has indicated he might run
again. The search was in connection with materials that Trump took with him from his time as
president, and recovered 15 boxes of classified materials from the home.

In the hours after the FBI’s search of former President Donald Trump’s residence, his
supporters did not hesitate to denounce what they saw as a blatant abuse of power and
outrageous politicization of the Justice Department. But with the release of a redacted affidavit
detailing the justification for the search, the former president’s allies were largely silent, a
potentially telling reaction with ramifications for his political future. Democrats are hoping to
indict him on criminal charges in order to make him ineligible to run in the 2024 election.

While his chart is bad enough by dasa and transit analysis that this will be a particularly
difficult time for him as the threat to his reputation and career could be at its greatest risk.

Question: Four Step Theory: Transit

Hello Sir. I think I have made some good progress understanding the 4 step process and
deciding the DBAs for the events. However, I am stuck with the transits and how to find the
transits within the DBA to accurately or more closely time the event. Can you please help me
understand which transits I should be looking at for the horary chart, or any rules about this?

Answer:
A near timing of event can be fixed by the transits of the DBA lords. Here it is to check the
star-lord of the fast moving planets (Sun, Mars, Mercury and Venus) and the sub-lord of the
slow moving planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu) in the ‘first 2 steps only’, without taking
into consideration of the more important steps 3 and 4. The event ‘will fructify’, if these star-lord
and sub-lord are the primary significators of any or more of the required houses (2, 7, 11 and 5,
8 for marriage) in the first 2 steps, without taking into consideration of ‘negative houses’. The
event ‘will not happen’ during the period while the transit does ‘not agree’ with DBA, ie. if there
are only the primary significators of the totally negative houses (1, 6, 10, 12 for marriage) in the
first 2 steps even when the DBA lords are favorable. Moreover, the event will ‘not’ materialize
while the star-lord or sub-lord, in which the DBA lords are transiting, is ‘in retrograde’. In such

Male, 28-02-1958, 17-20 PM, Ramgarh, Near Ranchi, Bihar, 23N38, 85E31, New KPA 23-10-
58, Mars Dasa Bal 0Y-7M-16D
Question: Now I am planning to go abroad in Nov to end of December 2007 (Sa-Ra-Me-Mo to Sa-
Ra-Me-Ju), will I gain monetarily?

1) Dasa lord Saturn (slow moving planet) will be transiting in the Mercury ‘sub’ till 9-11-2007,
and then in the Venus sub.
2) Bhukti lord Rahu (slow moving planet) will be transiting in the Jupiter ‘sub’ till 20-11-2007,
in the Rahu sub till 27-12-2007 and then in the Moon sub.
3) Antara lord Mercury (fast moving planet) will be transiting in the ‘star’ of Mars till 11-11-
2007, then in Rahu star till 20-11-2007, Jupiter till 29-11-2007, Saturn till 8-12-2007,
Mercury till 16-12-2007, Ketu till 24-12-2007, Venus till 02-01-2008.
4) No star-lord or sub-lord will be in ‘retrograde’ to negate the positive results of favorable DBA.

The primary significators of the above star-lords and sub-lords in the first 2 steps (1st and 2nd)
are as given under.

1) Ketu: 9, 5, 3, 12, 7 and 11 houses

2) Venus: 7 and 6, 1, 2, 11 houses

3) Moon: 12, 3, 7, 9, 5 and 11 houses
4) Mars: 5, 12 and 6 houses
5) Rahu: 3, 5, 12, 9 and 11, 6 houses
6) Jupiter: 3, 12, 7, 9, 5 and 11, 6 houses
7) Saturn: 9, 5, 3, 12, 7 and 6, 11 houses
8) Mercury: 7, 3, 5, 12, 9 and 2, 11, 1, 6 houses

Since every star-lord or sub-lord, in which the DBA lords will be transiting, is a primary
significator of one or more of the required houses in the first 2 steps, the transit agrees with the
favorable DBA. The most beneficial time for a monetary gain through foreign visit is expected,
firstly from 9-12-2007 to 16-12-2007 while Dasa lord Saturn will be transiting in the Venus
sub, Bhukti lord Rahu in its own Rahu sub and Antara lord Mercury in its own Mercury star,
and secondly from 25-12-2007 to 02-01-208 while Dasa lord Saturn will be transiting in the
Venus sub, Bhukti lord Rahu in Rahu/Moon sub and Antara lord Mercury in Venus star.

Question 2: Foreign Going

A&A 1969
12th sl is Jupiter.
Taken bhava for abroad are 3 7. 9
Jupiter in Mars star and Venus sub.
Jupiter is lord of 3.
Venus is in 3.

Even Jupiter rejected, why?

Answer:
The old rule for foreign going rule on page 276, in the volume 2 of Krishnamurti Padhdhati of
1966 is "To ascertain whether one will have the opportunity to go overseas or not, the houses 3,
7, 9 and 12 are to be considered." , but no more 7th significator in the KP Reader III, page 314.
This is understandable, as means of travel abroad had changed between 1960 and 1970. The
7th place is taken, as it indicates breaks in journey. In 1950's travel was by ship, and one had
short breaks at Aden, Cairo before reaching London.

In this example 12th CSL Jupiter (4-3-6) is in the star of Mars (7-2-7), and sub of Venus (3-1-3).

According to the present foreign going rule, it is supposed to give travel abroad but it didn’t give
it because only the 3rd signification for leaving residence or short journey is not enough to travel
abroad without 9th signification for far away foreign travel or 12th signification for new
environment or foreign land as only 3rd signification of the 12th CSL is found in only 2 of 100
foreign settlement charts under a study.
