After reviewing the comments that teachers have left
about the observation checklist, it was found that it is
ineffective, it is very subjective and that the number of
items evaluated leads them to work very hard.

It is a complex list that does not provide elements to

improve the quality standards of our service.

We evaluate many elements without effective results.

Through the list isn't possible to
measure the quality and effectiveness
our service.

In addition, it is evident that we

generate hard work for the team of
teachers.

The evaluative instruments should

take in to account the previously
learning and the practiced skills that
we wanted to be graded.

So, we generate ideas to improve this

situation.
From this situation, the following questions
are:

How is the checklist structured?

What is it measuring?

Are all the skills being assessed?

Which are the skills that should be

assessed?

Must we set the objectives that we want to

achieve with the evaluation and the impact
that the change can produce at the
organizational and teacher level.
Our objective is to carry out controls to
guarantee that the checklist contribute
to the quality of the service and to
ensure that the application is carried
out in an organized manner to achieve
the proposed result.

The compliance of these should

ensure the continuous improvement of
the work team against their obligations.

We will have to ensure compliance

with the management indicators
included in the checklist.
Is necessary to create a survey that will provide us
with information about of the aspects that we are
evaluating today
which ones should be continued and which ones
eliminated.

I mean determine the problem, make the diagnosis,

design a proposal for change, apply the new
checklist or improvement plan and evaluate.
According with the submitted objective, the
information obtained will help us to suitable
restructure the checklist and make the teachers'
work more effective.

In addition, we have to achieve a checklist less

subjective and it's reaches the required standards.

The decisions taken will have an impact on the

quality of the service.
The planning and development team will carry out to organize the new
checklist and sharing it with every person involved in the subject.

Once it has been approved, the implementation stage should begin,

which will have the following steps:

- Socialization with teachers

- Application

- Evaluation

-Management of indicators

All this focus in the review and critical analysis

To guarantee the implementation and
final results of the checklist fulfill the
objectives set, we must check the
process and every of the stages ,
likewise propose the necessary
changes in order to be committed to
continuous improvement
