2. Compute the reliability coefficient. Interpret the results.

Interpretation:

Cronbach's alpha is a simple method for determining if a score is accurate. It's used with
the idea that you're calculating the same underlying construct with multiple products. After
inputting the data, the calculated Cronbach's alpha is -0.97. Cronbach's alpha values can range
from 0 to 1, but they may also be negative. A negative number means the data is incorrect or it
was failed to reverse score some items.
