What are your views and opinions about Bayani and kabayanihan?

Bayani is define as the people who have extraordinary courage, someone who

did something noble, a warrior who defends his/her community from the invaders,

someone who contributes to the nation. Bayani refers to someone who do good deeds,

someone who possess a great strength, bravery and ability. Bayani refers to those who

have the qualities of the Gods, someone who volunteers and offers free service to the

community and to the people inside it.

While Kabayanihan, refers to the heroic act. Kabayanihan is the act not the

person who’s acting it. Kabayanihan refers to the act of doing for the country; the

heroism, the strength, the bravery, the ability and the courage to. Kabayanihan is the

act of putting others first before you. Kabayanihan refers to the qualities of a bayani.

The heroism in real life does not require someone to sacrifice his or her life to be

called a bayani. The people that we set up as heroes are people that generally go

above and beyond in terms of the call of duty, they do things that are extraordinary. The

act of heroism is debatable to some people however, for any hero, it's enough just

knowing they helped someone else. That's what makes them a true hero. In conclusion,

bayani refers to the person not the act.
