Sir/Madam:

Greetings!

We the nearby residents of Purok 6, Barangay 22-A of this city would like to
make a follow-up of our request for the clearing of “something” that caused the
obstruction in the culvert which hinders the water to pass through it.

The problem started after cementing the canal. Since the water stagnates the
mosquitoes breed and spread very quickly which is difficult to control already. Thus,
high risk of dengue is possible. The GSO has already sent maintenance crew & it was
found out that there is an obstruction in the culvert and can’t be remove manually.

We hope that this appeal would be given attention the soonest possible time.

This is a follow-up letter request sent to the city mayor last August 2019..
