Greetings of peace!
As approved by Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 10, Liceo de Cagayan
University intends to conduct limited face-to-face classes for all academic programs starting the
2nd Semester of SY 2021-2022. It includes the National Service Training Program (NSTP)
specifically, the Civic Welfare Training Program (CWTS) which contains the actual involvement
of the students in community extension projects and programs pursuant to Republic Act No.
9163, otherwise known as the National Service Training Act of 2001. This is designed to
encourage students to contribute to the improvement of the general welfare and quality of life,
particularly in the areas of health, education, environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation,
and morals.
In support of this trust, the students from classes BIO 1A and PHARM 1D will be
organizing a community extension project. The project, Children LEADS, will be held at
(VENUE) from April 18 to May 5, 2022. This project aims to (OBJECTIVE)
With that, we would like to ask for your assistance through donations or monetary
funding which will be used to accommodate the transportation, food, and event materials. If you
