1. What: Violation of Art II, Sec. 5, and Sec 11 of RA 9165 otherwise known as
the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”
 
2. Where: At No. 10 B Agatha St., Sta Terisita Village, Brgy., Malanday, Marikina
City
 
3.  When: At about 3:45 PM on April 26, 2022
 
4. Who: Name of Suspects: a) ETHAN JOSHUA HABOC Y TAN @ETAN,(Not
Included in the Unified Watchlist) male, 27y/o, DOB-April 1, 1995 single, student, ,
Christian, native of Manila and residing at no. 18 E Santos St., Monotoc Subd., Brgy Sto
Niño, Marikina City; b) JOHN JACOB LEYSON Y PABUSTAN @JACOB, (Not
Included in the Unified Watchlist) male, 27 y/o, DOB-Jan. 22, 1995,common law
husband, jobless, Catholic, ALS Graduate and residing at no. 10 A Agatha St., Sta
Teresita Village, Brgy Malanday, Marikina City; and c) VIRGILIO MICLAT Y SANTOS
@BOYET, (Not Included in the Unified Watchlist) 58 y/o, , DOB-July 5,
1964,common law husband, jobless, Catholic, Elementary Undergraduate, native of
Quezon City and residing at no. 10 B Agatha St., Sta Teresita Village, Brgy Malanday,
Marikina City.
 
Name of Arresting Officer/Complainant: Pat Paul Regie Dolorfino c/o SDEU,
Marikina City Police Station

            5. How: Initial investigation disclosed that at about 3:15 PM of April 26, 2022,
SDEU Operatives were officially dispatched to conduct Buy-bust operation led by  PLT
ANTONIO G BALOIS JR, OIC, SDEU of Marikina CPS together with RMFB 2 nd MFC
led by PMAJ FEDERICO P HALOG JR  in cooperation with SWAT, Marikina CPS led
by PLT JERRICK  Y DELOS SANTOS, STMRU, Marikina CPS led by PLT VELMOR G
DEATRAS under the leadership of PCOL BENLINER LEGASPI CAPILI, COP,
Marikina CPS, with PDEA Control No.10001-042022-0713 against @ETAN and
Cohorts. That at the given TDPO, the police poseur buyer were able to purchase one
(1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, a
dangerous drug from @ETAN and cohorts @ BOYET while @ JACOB was caught
possessing dangerous drugs which resulted to their arrest. Suspects were informed of
their violations and also apprised their Constitutional Rights in tagalog dialect known to
them. However, said suspects opted to remain silent. The arresting officers were able to
seize and confiscate from the suspects possession and control the following pieces of
evidence: a) Four (4) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance suspected as shabu including the item purchased; b) One (1)
piece coin purse color black c) One (1) piece Five Hundred peso bill with serial
no.FY263821 recovered buy bust money.

The confiscated drug evidence has an estimated weight of more or less Eight
(8) grams and with standard drug price of ₱54,400.00. Markings and inventory was
made by the arresting officers at the place of arrest and witnessed by Kagawad Rodel
Bayhon of Brgy Malanday, Marikina City and Ms Margie Bautista Media Representative
from REMATE. After proper markings and inventory of evidence, the arrested suspects
were brought to Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center for medical examination
and subsequently to Marikina City Police Station for investigation and documentation.
Confiscated pieces of drug evidence will be turned over to EPD Forensic Unit for
laboratory examination and laboratory screening test of the arrested suspects. Cases
for Violation of Art II, Sec 5 and Sec 11 of RA 9165 will be filed against the arrested
suspects before the Marikina City Prosecutors Office. The said suspects were
temporarily detained at Marikina CPS Custodial Facility while pertinent documents are
