1. Reference: Certificate of Coordination Control Number 10001-102021-0765 dated
October 27, 2021.

2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that on October 27, 2021
at about 7:40 PM elements of Marikina CPS, SDEU led by PLT ANTONIO BALOIS JR,
Deputy, Chief SDEU under the supervision of PMAJ FERNILDO R DE CASTRO, Chief SDEU
of Marikina CPS together with RMFB 2 nd MFC led by PMAJ FEDERICO P HALOG JR under
the leadership of PCOL BENLINER LEGASPI CAPILI, COP, Marikina CPS, conducted a buy-
bust operation at no. 2 Caimito St., Amang Rodriguez Village, Brgy Concepcion Uno, Marikina
City which resulted to the arrest of WILFREDO ROSACENA y SILVA @ WILLIE, 55 y/o, single,
jobless, DOB-November 12, 1965, Catholic, HS Undergraduate and residing No. 33 Gold St.,
Brgy Concepcion Dos, Marikina City and EVELYN BARREDO y BERANO @ BELEN, 48 y/o,
common law wife, jobless, DOB- November 28, 1972, Catholic, HS Undergraduate and residing
at No. 2 Caimito St., Amang Rodriguez Village, Brgy Concepcion Uno, Marikina City .
Confiscated during the operation was more or less three (5) grams of heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as dangerous drug/shabu and
with estimated DDB value of more or less ₱ 34,000.00. Cases for Violation of RA 9165 Article II
Sec 5 & 11 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being
readied for filling in court against the suspects.

REMARK (pertinent information about the operation)
Initial investigation disclosed that at about 6:58 PM of October 27, 2021, SDEU Operatives were officially
dispatched to conduct Buy-bust operation led by PLT ANTONIO BALOIS JR, Deputy, Chief SDEU under the
supervision of PMAJ FERNILDO R DE CASTRO, Chief SDEU of Marikina CPS together with RMFB 2 nd MFC led by
PMAJ FEDERICO P HALOG JR under the leadership of PCOL BENLINER LEGASPI CAPILI, COP, Marikina CPS,
with PDEA Control No.10001-102021-0765 against @ WILLIE and Cohorts. That at the given TDPO, the police poseur
buyer was able to purchase one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance
suspected as dangerous drugs/shabu from @ WILLIE and cohort @ BELEN hence their arrest. Subsequently, said
suspects were informed of their violations and also apprised their Constitutional Rights in tagalog dialect known to
them. However, said suspects opted to remain silent. The arresting officer was able to seize and confiscate from their
possession and control the following pieces of evidence: Seven (7) pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu including the item purchased; One (1) piece pouch color
brown One (1) unit cellular phone (HUAWEI) and One (1) piece Five Hundred peso bill with serial no. HD760494
recovered buy-bust money.
