ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT as PHYSICAL FACILITIES COORDINATOR

With the current new normal situation in the Philippines Education, Department of Education,
Principals, Learners and Student preferred learning modalities were solicited and constantly monitored.
Media and varied online platform were use more than ever by the school management to conduct
regular meetings and manage time on task, disseminate information to students, teachers and
stakeholders and to keep everyone’s effort and roles in syn and well-coordinated.

The accomplishment report aims to detect what are the major problems and their corresponding
solutions focusing on the learners. This will secure as a guide on how to tackle certain problems that
cannot be avoided on the teaching and learning process. Theirs, learners will have no ore resource not
to focus will on their lessons.

The following are my accomplishment as the School Physical Facilities Coordinator for this S.Y 2021-
2022

 Conducted actual survey of School Facilities (Building, Laboratories, perimeter fence and etc.)
 Accounted Facilities that need repair or subject for demolition
 Prepared plan and Program of works
 Facilitated the actual implementation of all the repairs in the School
 Monitored the implementation of all the ongoing repair in the School
 Conducted final inspection of the facilities that are finished
