Dear Madam,

Greetings of Peace and prosperity!

The undersigned would like to ask your good office to bless and support us in the conduct of the 1st Diyandi
SepakTakraw Tournament to be held this coming September 24-25, 2022 of this year in our very own
Dalipuga National High School gym, Dalipuga, Iligan City.

The purpose of this undertaking is to:

1. Promote the SPORT Sepak-Takraw to our students and open their awareness to the beauty of the
sport.
2. To discover talents and new breed of players who may represent our barangay and city for future
competitions like region, national and/or even international event competition.
3. Give and present an alternative sport aside from basketball and volleyball to our youth that could be
an alternative route in harnessing awards and recognition in the Region, national and even/or
international competitions.
The organizer invited officiating officials from Cagayan De Oro to officiate the said event which are members
of the STRAP – Sepak Takraw Referees Association of the Philippines to make the event more colorful and
legit.
With the current situation, the organizer confronted with the following problems to wit:
1. The payment/TF for the officiating officials for 2 days ranging from 8,000-10,000.
2. The snacks and foods for 2 days and,
3. The materials to be used like:
a.) Balls and nets
b.) Net posts for 2 courts
c.) Rubberized paints

As an organizer, it is my sole obligation to let you know as the mother of the barangay the current
situation/status of the preparation as the actual date is fast-approaching.

It is in my fervent hope and prayer that you’ll understand me and be able to extend assistance for the said
endeavor.
