Sir/Maam,

I regret to inform you that I am resigning as a member of the CARD Inc. I have been a dues-

paying member for the past years, and in that time, I feel that I have significantly contributed to

our community and established many strong and lasting relationships. However, for personal

reasons I find it necessary to give up my membership, effective June 28, 2022.

I would greatly appreciate your acknowledgement and release of all the further dues, fees and

obligation. Thank You.
