Vision
Empowered, improved social protection and promotion of rights and welfare of
the poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged to adjust and change for the better
quality of life.

Mission
1. To provide social protection and promote the rights and welfare of the poor,
vulnerable and the disadvantaged individual, family and community.

2. To contribute to poverty alleviation and empowerment thru SWD Policies,

Programs, Projects and Services implemented with or through LGU's, NGO's, PO's
and other members of civil society.

Goals
1. To provide care, protection and rehabilitation

2. To restore client's normal functioning and participate in community affairs.

3. To improve social welfare assistance and social work interventions to that
segment of our country's population (Individuals, family and community) which
has the least in life (30% Bottom poor) in terms of physical, mental and social
well-being.
