Conducted by: People’s Elements (HR department) of Xavier Business School (XBS).

A series of fun filled rounds was held by People’s Elements on 20 th of November, 2021 from
6 pm onwards.
There were 3 short rounds of the event in which the students participated in online mode.
They were divided into 6 teams and at each round they participated actively.
All students of XBS were allowed to attend the meeting.
The teams were asked to come up with their own team names and answer with quirky ideas.
The event was inaugurated by the People’s Elements group and a welcome speech by our
beloved Dean Sir, Prof Manodip Ray Chaudhuri.
The first round Test Your IQ was emceed by Ashmita and Nandita , whereby they were asked
to answer quiz questions in a certain time limit. The team which answered the most scored
the highest and then went on to the second round.
Round 2 was Who and What, where they were given Netflix characters to analyse and make
CV to pitch in their value in the job role assigned to each! This round was very interesting as
it had some of the top favourite characters from the tv shows eg- Sherlock Holmes, Lucifer,
Bruce Wayne etc! This round was emceed by Nandita and Debdatta.
The judge for this round was respected prof. Ruchita Burman ma’am. She too was thoroughly
intrigued and happy to see such innovative pitch from each team. It was followed by
appreciation and laughter from all participating and attending the event.
In between these two events an innovative engaging filler round was Open House , which had
some quick questions for all attending the event and even professors!
Overall, it was an enriching and fun event, as the students enjoyed in showcasing their
general knowledge and participating whole heartedly in the rounds!
