SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, EMMA LACANDALO SANSON, of legal age, widow, Filipino and a resident of , Zamboanga
City, hereby name, appoint and constitute my daughter, RHINE NICHOLLEN L. SANSON, of legal age,
single, Filipino citizen and a resident of Zamboanga City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead, for my own benefit and use, to do and perform any of the following acts, to
wit:

1. To claim the Health benefits/Insurance with the PHILHEALTH, Social Security System (SSS), PAG-
IBIG, Employee Compensation Commission (ECC), Las Piñas Offices, under the name of my late
husband, RAYMOND FERNANDEZ SANSON, who died intestate on April 14, 2022, in Las Piñas,
Philippines, and other private and government entities respecting the processing of the Insurance claims
of the late, RAYMOND FERNANDEZ SANSON;

2. To make, sign and execute any or other documents that may be required by the said government entities;
To get, claim and receive amount, in cash or in check, and other documents related to the same;

3. To do and perform all other acts necessary for the attainment and accomplishment of the above-
specified powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, and acting in person; and,

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
