Dear Parent,

Kindly note the following details regarding payment of fees for confirmation of admission of your ward for the
Academic Year (AY) 2022-23.

● The fees for the Academic Year 2022-23 can be paid only after completing the re-enrolment process,
details of which are available in the re-enrolment circular being issued and uploaded by the school.

● The fees are to be paid before 15-Apr-22 Please refer to the tables shared below for more details.

● Special Rebates of upto 10% on the fees for the AY 22-23 are available for your benefit. Refer to the
details on the subsequent pages.

● The fee counter timings are 9 am to 1 pm, Monday to Saturday (except select bank holidays).

● All payments to be made by Cheques / Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “VIBGYOR HIGH NIBM” at the
School fee counter or via e-Mandate (Online).

● All Cheques / Demand Draft (DD) / Online Payments must be of the exact amount given below. Short
payments will not be accepted.

● Please fill the payment detail form attached with this circular and present the same to the fee counter
at the time of payment.

● Please collect the acknowledgement for all payments before leaving the fee counter.

● Admission is completed and confirmed only upon receipt of full fees as stipulated.

● School Essentials will be dispatched post receipt of Instalment 1 and Instalment 2 fees.

● Kindly maintain sufficient balance in the given bank account so that the PDCs/e-Mandates are honoured
when presented. In the event a cheque / e-Mandate is dishonoured for any reason whatsoever, a
charge of Rs.500/- will be levied for each such dishonoured cheque /e-Mandate and non-discounted fee
shall be payable, if such instrument is not replaced with a fresh cheque/ DD / online transfer of the
same amount within 15 days from the due date.

● In the event of dishonour of any such cheque / e-Mandate whether the cheque / e-Mandate is against
payment of non-discounted or discounted fees, late payment fee of 3% per month shall be levied and
recovered on the non-discounted fee amount.

● The Management reserves the right to disallow any student from attending the school or participating
in any of its activities, if the fees are not paid within the stipulated date.

● Fees once deposited will not be refunded.

exhaustive. They are subject to amendments at the sole and absolute discretion of the School

Keeping the exceptional circumstances in mind and without setting a precedent, as a special gesture, we have
decided to provide a discount on the above tabulated non-discounted school fees for AY 22-23

Parents shall be entitled to avail either of the discounted fee options as mentioned in the table below, subject to
the stated conditions:

Option 1: 10% discount on the Instalment fees can be availed on paying full year fees at the school fee counter
or vide online payment on or before 28-Feb-22 In the event of non-receipt of the below payment by the school
on or before 28-Feb-22 and/or the corresponding payment instrument is dishonoured by the bank on
presentation for any reason whatsoever, the discount offered shall automatically stand withdrawn and the non-
discounted fees as declared for the Academic Year 2022-23 shall become leviable.

Option 2: 5% discount on the Instalment fees can be availed submitting all the PDCs / E-mandates / Direct Debit
instructions to their bankers towards fees payable for I1 to I5 at the time of confirming the admission/re-
enrolment for AY 2022-23 on or before 15 April, 2022. In the event any of the below mentioned PDCs / E-
mandate are dishonoured by the bank on presentation on their respective due dates for any reason whatsoever,
the discount offered shall automatically stand withdrawn and the amount paid shall be appropriated towards
the non-discounted fees as declared for the Academic Year 2022-23 which shall become leviable.
