Fees denote the following inclusions, exclusions and optional services which are merely indicative in
nature and in no manner exhaustive. They are subject to amendments at the sole and absolute
discretion of the School management. Fees once paid, are non-refundable.

 Kindly note the following details regarding payment of fees for confirmation of admission of your ward
for the Academic Year 2024-25.
1. Payment Timelines: On or before 15 March 2024.
2. Payment Mode :
a. Online Payment: We offer various online payment options including UPI, Wallet transfers, e-
Mandate and EMI
b. Cheque/DD Payment Please follow the process mentioned below –
i. Prepare the physical cheque/DD in favour of “VIBGYOR HIGH AIROLI”.
ii. Please mention Student Enrolment number,Grade and Contact number on the
backside of the cheque
c. Fee Counter Assistance: Parents can seek assistance from our school team at the fee
counter for any payment-related queries or support.
d. Please collect the acknowledgement for all payments including PDC before leaving the
counter.

3. Upon receipt of payments for Instalment 1 and Instalment 2, and upon ensuring clearance of any
outstanding dues from the previous year, the Student Kit will be provided for Academic Year 2024-
25.
4. In case school fees are not paid on or before the due date, a late payment fee of 3% per month will
be imposed on the outstanding / overdue amount after the due date, calculated on a daily basis.
5. If any cheque is returned unpaid for any reason, a fee of Rs 500/- will be charged for each
dishonoured cheque
6. The management retains the authority to disallow any student from attending school or
participating in any activities if the fees are not paid by the specified date.
7. We are glad to announce the Concessions for the Academic year 2024-25 as below-

Multi Year payment Parents opting for multi-year scheme can pay fees in advance for a
scheme minimum of 3 years (2 years if the student is in Grade 9) up to the
