Instructions for Use

The QF-PCR Accessory Pack contains two sample DNA tubes; a DNA 46, XY sample and a DNA 47, XX, +21
sample, each tube sufficient for eight PCR reactions. The DNA 46, XY is a normal male sample and the DNA 47, XX,
+21 is a female trisomy 21 sample. Add the samples as specified in section 7.2, page 11-12 in the Devyser QF-PCR
user manuals (Complete v2, Compact v3, Extend v2 and Resolution v2). Results for the DNA 46, XY and DNA 47, XX,
+21 samples are exemplified with Devyser Complete v2 in the electrophoretic traces on page 2-3 in this manual.

The QF-PCR Accessory Pack includes 25 μL of the 560 SIZER ORANGE, sufficient for 80 loadings. Prepare the
loading cocktail as specified in section 7.3, steps 1-2 on page 13 in the Devyser QF-PCR user manuals.

Storage Conditions

Store the QF-PCR Accessory Pack at +2°C to +8°C.

Shelf Life

Use the QF-PCR Accessory Pack within two months after opening.
