1. Faith in the Almighty - Faith has several ways of expressing itself.

It depends on
the local history of the church, the national tradition, a whole set of cultural
elements which make the expression of faith unique in some places. We will see
how different traditions regard the meaning and the expression of faith. Then we
will be able to look at the way the Philippines has found a specific way of
expression of faith. Let us first consider four main and already known ways of
living the faith so far: the simple faith, the faith of intelligence, the faith of the
heart and the faith of the modern Christian.
2. Respect for Life - Respect for Life – A good Filipino recognizes the absolute
value of human life and the human dignity of every person including himself.
Being pro-life doesn't just mean not engaging in abortion nor being in favor of it.
3. Order - Order is important in every area of our lives, and it means much more
than organizing our material things. It also has to do with the organization of our
ideas and actions. Today, we'll discuss the importance of teaching children the
value of order.
4. Work - The work culture of The Philippines is rich and varied in many ways.
Filipinos take pride in their work and value building relationships with others in
order to better provide for their families and to their company’s success.
5. Concern for the Family and Future Generation - As of Maslow's Hierarchy
of Human Needs highlighted five human needs; Immediate Physiological needs,
Protection, Love (affection, belongingness), Esteem (respect), and the need for
Self-Actualization.
6. Love - Philippines is known all over the world for its hospitality, for its warm
smiles and very caring nature. Filipinos work tirelessly to support their families
back home, sending money monthly to their loved ones, sacrificing their own
happiness and life for the advancement and betterment of their families.
7. Freedom - Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall
include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas
without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.
8. Peace - Peace education prevents the emergence of conflicts and creates
conditions for peace in the world. That is why peace education is very important
in the world. Peace education activities promote conflict resolution that promotes
peace and values such as respect for human rights, freedom and confidence.
9. Truth - The Importance of Truth. Truth matters, both to us as individuals and to
society as a whole. As individuals, being truthful means that we can grow and
mature, learning from our mistakes. For society, truthfulness makes social bonds,
and lying and hypocrisy break them.
10. Justice - Social justice promotes fairness and equity across many aspects of
society. For example, it promotes equal economic, educational and workplace
opportunities. It's also important to the safety and security of individuals and
communities.
11. Unity - Unity represents togetherness. Therefore, it is standing together for every
thick and thin matter. There are many stories as well as real-life incidences have
proved that unity always leads a harmonious and fulfilling life for all.
12. Equality - Equality is about ensuring that every individual has an equal
opportunity to make the most of their lives and talents. It is also the belief that no
one should have poorer life chances because of the way they were born, where
they come from, what they believe, or whether they have a disability.
13. Respect for Law and Government - As citizens we respect the laws because
they are clearly communicated and fairly enforced. Everyone is held accountable
to the same laws, and those laws protect our fundamental rights. 
14. Patriotism - Although arguments for patriotism as a moral duty are inadequate,
patriotism brings a plethora of important practical benefits. It promotes public
sacrifice that is crucial to the functioning of a state, decreases the likelihood of
conflict, reduces corruption, and is extremely inclusive as an identity.
15. Promotion of the Common Good - According to substantive conceptions, the
common good is that which is shared by and beneficial to all or most members of
a given community: particular substantive conceptions will specify precisely what
factors or values are beneficial and shared.
