May I please request for a copy of Tax Declaration Numbers 93-218,

1999-05008-00323 and all other tax declarations prior to and after the
aforementioned tax declarations. May I also respectfully request a copy of any
survey, map or other documents (Deed of Donation, Deed of Sale) in your
possession relative to the land described in the tax declarations submitted by any
other person interested in said land. The foregoing documents shall be used in
that case entitled pending before RTC Branch 34 and docketed as Civil Case No.
Rest assured, all documents furnished to the undersigned will be used for legal
purposes only.
