SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ROWALD O. MANZANO, of legal age, married, and with postal address and residence at
_____________________________ do hereby NAME, APPOINT, CONSTITUTE AND ASSIGN, my mother,
JULITA O. MANZANO, also of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address
located at Poblacion West, Lamut, Ifugao to be my true and Attorney-in-fact in my name, to do and
perform the following special powers, to wit:
1. To represent me in that case for Judical Partition of Property against my brother, June
O. Manzano., to be filed before the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 of Lagawe, Ifugao;
2. To submit, sign and execute all the documentary requirements necessary and relative
thereto;
3. To file and receive all pleadings documents and motions relative to the case. To file an
appeal when necessary before the proper court;

4. To enter into a reasonable settlement of the case;

5. To do all other acts to give effect to this document.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do
all and every act necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution

her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
