andwhoseservicetheyarecomfortablewith.

Thissiteisforconsumeruseonly.Anytravelagent/touroperator/consolidator/aggregator,bywhatsoevernamereferredto,

alamity.
4. Thebaggageofthecustomergettinglost/stolen/damaged.
5. The busoperatorchangingacustomer' sseatatthe lastminute toaccommodate anotherpassenger' srequirements.
6. Thebusnotdeparting/reachingontime.
7. Misbehavior,includingprofanebehaviorbythebusoperator'semployees.
8. The customerwaitingatthewrongboardingpoint(pleasecallthebusoperatortofindoutthe exactboardingpoint
ifyouarenot aregulartraveleronthat busorroute).
9. The busoperator changingthe boardingpoint and/or usingapick-up vehicle at the boardingpoint to
takecustomerstothebusdeparturepoint.
10. Thebusbreakingdownduringthejourneyandbusoperatornotarrangingforanalternateinreasonable

1. The departure time mentionedon the ticket are only tentative timings. However the buswill not leave
thesourcebeforethetimethatismentionedontheticket.
2. Passengersarerequiredtofurnishthefollowingatthetimeofboardingthebus:
a. Acopyoftheticket(Aprintedcopyoftheticket/theprintedcopyoftheticketemailwhereveracceptable).
b. Avalididentityproof.

applicationandmobile website ("Amazon.in")are poweredby IbiboGroup Pvt. Ltd. ("IGPL")andare
broughttoyoubyAmazonPay(India)PrivateLimited("Amazon").
2. These termsandconditions("T erms ")governthe busbookingsmade available toyouby IGPL
throughAmazon.in("BusBookings").
3. These Terms are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use andSale andthe User Agreement for AmazonPay
towhich youagree by usingAmazon.in. Tothe extent the Amazon.in ConditionsofUse andSale areinconsistent with
these Terms, these Termswill prevail with respect to the BusBookingsonly.
Notwithstandinganythingcontainedherein, Amazon reservesthe right to remove or withdraw the availability of
BusBookingsfromAmazon.inat anytimeandwithout anypriornoticeto you.

AnycancellationsormodificationsofBusBookingsorchangesinbusschedulewillbeinaccordancewithredBusTermsofServi
ceandAmazonwillnotberesponsibleforanysuchcancellations,modificationsorchanges.
7. ToavailtheBusBookings,youmustbeloggedintoyouraccountonAmazon.in.
8. ForthepurposesofavailingtheBusBookings,youwarrantthat:
i. Youwillprovideyourcompleteinformation/detailssuchasyourname(asperyourpassportoranyotherofficiallyvaliddocu
ment),youraddress,youre-mailaddress,mobile numberetc.;and
ii. Allinformationsuppliedbyyouisaccurate,currentandcomplete.Incasesuchinformationiserroneousorincorrect,foranyrea
sonwhatsoever,youwillbesolelyresponsibleforsame.
9. Yourinformation, suchasyourname (asperyourpassportorany otherofficially validdocument), youre-mailaddress, mobile
number, age, sexetc. providedtoustoenable the BusBookingwillbe sharedwithred Bus,andred Buswill onwardsshare
thisinformation with the busoperatorswho will use these details with theprimary purpose of generatinga booking
/ ticket ID, and to verify the identity of the consumer boarding thebus.
Amazonbeinganintermediarydoesnotdirectlyliaise withorcontactanybusoperator. Therefore, oncethe information has
been sharedwith the bus operators by red Bus, the information is governedby the datapoliciesof the bus
operators, and Amazon has no visibility or control over the use of this information by thebusoperators. By
providingyourconsentforsharingofinformationwithred Busandthe busoperators, youare conveyingyour
understandingandacceptance of these data sharingterms andyou acknowledge thatAmazon isin no manner
responsible for the use of thisinformation by the busoperators. For any
queriesinrelationtotheuseofyourinformationbythebusoperators,pleasecontactthebusoperatorsdirectly.
10. The BusBookingsmay not be available in certain geographiclocationsandAmazon will not be liable in
anymannerforsuchunavailabilityofBusBookings.TheavailabilityofsuchBusBookingsonAmazon.indoesnotimply or
warrant that these Bus Bookings will be available at any time in your particular geographicallocation.
11. The availability ofBusBookingsandotherancillary services(such asancillary servicesprovidedby
busoperatorsthataremadeavailablethroughAmazon.in)issubjecttoavailabilityandAmazonwillnotberesponsibleifat
anytimetheselectedBusBookingand/orancillaryserviceisnotavailableforanyreasonwhatsoever.

1. The'TotalPayableAmount'oftheBusBookingsdisplayedonAmazon.inincludesallchargesfortheticket(s)and/orotherancillary
services,convenienceorinternethandlingfeeandtheapplicablegovernmenttaxes.
2. Youwillberequiredtopaythe entireamountappearingasthetotalpriceoftheBusBookingspriortotheconfirmationof
your BusBooking.
3. Therewillbenorefundfor'no-shows'oranypartiallyunusedbusbookings.
4. Infantsmustbeaccompaniedbyanadultatleast18yearsofage.

Amendments

Cancellationsterms
