TIME EXPRESSIONS

We use time expressions such as every day or every morning with the present simple to express
the frequency of our daily activities. Cuando queremos expresar la frecuencia con lo que hacemos
algo utilizamos expresiones de tiempo, por ejemplo: voy al colegio todos los días. La expresión de
tiempo es todos los días. Con every también podemos usar

Weekend
Two weeks
You can also use expressions such as ONCE, TWICE, THREE TIMES, FOUR TIMES,
ETC.

Alonso eats pizza 3 times a week

I go to the dentist twice a year.

Mariana brushes her teeth three times a day.

Alexander goes swimming four times a week.

Para hablar en pasado podemos usar ago o last, por ejemplo

I went to the park 3 days ago. (ago indica que el tiempo ya pasó)

I read a book last month (leí un libro el mes pasado)

Para el futuro utilizamos Next o later, soon, the day after tomorrow

Its gonna be Christmas soon

I will be in the in the school next month (next=/ próximo)

Later se utiliza para algo a futuro pero en corto plazo, por ejemplo

I have an exam later this week (tendré un examen esta semana)

En presente podemos utilizar

This, today, now, for example

We have an exam today

She gonna be back this week

There’s is noise right now

DATOS importantes: the day after tomorrow es pasado mañana. Cuando no

sabemos la fecha exacta en la que algo va a suceder utilizamos in, cuando es una
rutina usamos in, cuando sabemos con exactitud en una fecha, utilizamos on.
Cuando sabemos la hora exacta usamos at. Tomorrow, today and days of the week
are time expressions

I shower in the morning. I brush my teeth in the night.

Her birthday is on September 5 (el cumpleaños es específico porque no cambia)

she gonna be in the park at 7:00 PM

Podemos utilizar this para indicar que algo puede ocurrir este
día/semana/mes/año en pasado o futuro.
