INTRODUCTION

The importance of defining that the sales strategy program is consistent with the needs that arise in
GUCCI is relevant, since the results will be reflected in the fulfillment of the objectives of all the
areas that make up the organization.

The process is a continuous improvement of the quality of the services offered by the organization, its
collaborators will be significant enough to the extent that the sales strategy program is applied in an
efficient, effective and systematic way, in this way knowledge can be guaranteed. of a high standard
of efficiency within the context of the range of products offered by GUCCI, which allows us to
execute the sales strategy program as well as to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in our
employees.

The program seeks to establish an environment for training and growth aimed at meeting all
objectives in an efficient and effective manner.

OBJECTIVES

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Execute the sales strategies program in order to raise awareness, directing continuous improvement, that is,
the program is aimed at the constant, theoretical and technical progress of the collaborators, to achieve
effective performance, in order to obtain quality results. and service excellence.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

• Identify and develop a clear strategy that allows the training process to be carried out in an
organized and coherent manner. This will allow the results obtained to have a greater impact.

• Analyze the results of the execution of the sales strategy activity for the month of September as
established in the schedule, in the formation of the quality of the organization.

• Evaluate the benefits of the sales strategy plan, in terms of productivity towards the organization's
collaborators.
METHODOLOGY
In the execution of the sales strategies program, the following points will be taken into account for the
execution of the program.

DEVELOPING
On September 00 of this year, at the SENA facilities, the training of sales strategies was carried out to
promote and impact on the collaborator the sense of personal belonging and the proper use of this
strategy, from the HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT program in the development of competition;
Trainings were carried out in the different departments with the collaborators, in which related topics
were discussed such as: good sales strategies, what are their most important parts, the different
strategies, this was done so that the collaborators have the adequate knowledge on how to use sales
strategies in a good way. Within this training or awareness we carried out some didactic activities I will
know the subject, one of those activities was to use one of the aforementioned sales strategies and try to
sell to the client.

CONCLUSION

It is concluded that the training carried out by the organization was of great importance for all
GUCCI collaborators, since it sought to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of all
collaborators regarding the subject dealt with in the training of sales strategies.

Determining the importance of the impact generated by the training is essential to generate greater
results for the organization in all its internal processes and procedures, since it helps the organization
to contribute to and meet Gucci's organizational objectives.
