Title of  Predictive Policing: History and Methods

Abstract    This presentation will discuss the history and growth of 
policing strategy from the colonial era to today, and the 
development of predictive policing. It will explore the 
methods, including person and place‐based policing. It 
will also describe various case studies that reflect the 
inherent racial biases in the system.
