Ensure that the type of pipes & accessories used for plumbing and Sanitary are as per

2 Check any visible damages on pipes before laying

3 Mark the FFL or any reference line for marking

4 Marking on walls has been done with reference to FFL & as per drawing

5 Ensure that marking of pipe lines are truly vertical & horizontal

6 Wall chipping should be done with Cutting Machine & proper tools be used

Ensure that pipes shall be fixed on wall with suitable holder clamps & the height from

FFL is as per drawing

Ensure that after blocking of ends with plugs or blind flanges provide an air vent at the
8 highest point & fit a cock for filling water through pump & pressure guage before
pressure testing

9 Ensure that the pressure guage should be connected to pipe line with flexible pipe

10 Ensure that air should be completely removed before pressure is applied

11 Ensure that if any leakage found remove that leakage pipe & replace it

12 Ensure that Pressure testing should be done as per specifications

13 Block the ends with dummy plugs after pressure testing

14 The laying of sanitary pipes are as per drawing

15 Test the sanitary line with water for any leakage before laying

16 Ensure the slope of sanitary pipes are as per specification

17 Ensure the weep hole pipe provided as per details given in the drawing
