10-6. 振れセンサー交換・調整要領

1. BRACKET (0060) にセンサヘッドを取付け、BLOCK (40492029-001) でセッチングします。

2. BRACKET (0060) に CAP (0070) を取付けます。

3. CAP (0070)とクイルのフランジ(測定部φ120)のスキマが 0.7mm となるように、隙間ゲージ

にて調整してヘッドに取付けます。

4. CAP (0030) を取付けます。

5. 取外しは、1～4 項の逆の手順にて行って下さい。

 10-6. Replacement & Adjustment of Runout sensor

1. Attach the sensor head to the bracket (0060) and adjust with the block (40492029-001).
2. Attach the cap (0070) to the Bracket (0060).
3. Attach the cap & bracket which were assembled at the step.2 after the adjustment with
the thickness gauge so that the gap between the cap (0070) and the flange of quill
( measuring part φ120) is 0.7mm.
4. Attach the cap (0030).
5. Please remove those items in a reverse procedure.
