    1. For the ground motion data given in Excel sheet, compute the design spectrum
    2. Consider a 25 m tall tower with a mass of 36 tonnes at the top. Assume that cross
    section of the tower is rectangular. Neglect the self-weight of the tower.
    Subjecting the tower to the design spectrum constructed in Q1, design the tower
    for the shear and moment.
