IMPORTANT: ALWAYS KEEP THIS WORK PERMIT FOR INSPECTION BY SECURITY PERSONNEL
Remarks:

Notes:
1) Smoking is strictly prohibited on site.
2) Works should not cause any cracks or damage to the adjoining tenants or Landlord's property.
3) Works that produce sparks and fire flares should obtain Hot Work Permit from our Safety Officer.
4) All workers must obtain contractor pass from Security Office at P1 (Zone B-Pillar B-16).
5) Floor carpet to be properly taped and it MUST be taped underneath and NOT on top of the carpet at all joints.
All edges are required to be taped and to ensure all wiring & cables are hidden.
6) To install DB Box (for high power supply) in order to tap from the existing power supply points.
Location of 24 hours washrooms are :-
1. LG = next to O'Bag
2. G = next to H&M
3. 1st Floor = next to Owl
4. 2nd Floor = next to Face Shop
5. Symphony near to Morganfields until 12midnight
