We, REMIL REMIGIO RODRIGUEZ, of legal age, married, Filipino and a

resident of No. 58, Taguinod Street, Barangay Linao East, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan,
CYNTHIA RODRIGUEZ DUMAGAT, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
No. 58, Taguinod Street, Barangay Linao East, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, and CELSO
RODRIGUEZ, of legal age, widower, Filipino and a resident of No. 10, National
Highway, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, do hereby acknowledged to have
received the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND and
EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P729, 850.00), Philippine Currency from MRS.
VIRGINIA A. PAMITTAN, of legal age, Filipino, widow, a resident of No. 59,
Provincial Road, Barangay Annafunan, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. The said amount
represents full payment of the purchase price of that portion of parcel of agricultural land
consisting of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Seven (1, 327) square meters, more
or less we sold to her, which is more particularly described as follows:

“Lot 8318 of the Tuguegarao Cadastre, situated in Linao, Tuguegarao

(City), Cagayan, with a total area of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Eighteen (3, 318) square meters, more or less and covered by Original
Certificate of Title No. 2350 in the name of Federico Pamittan.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands, this 18 th day of March 2021,
at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines.
