ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

I, ANGELES PASION-SADORRA, of legal age, Filipino, married to Ian Glen B. Sadorra and
a resident of Centro 2, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDOR, do
hereby received from GUILBERT TAPULAO PAJARILLO, of legal age, Filipino, married to
GLADYS RISENJOY U. HERRERA-PAJARILLO, and a resident Pengue-Ruyu, Tuguegarao
City, Cagayan, hereinafter referred to as “VENDEE”, the amount of One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Pesos (P150, 000.00) Philippine Currency as additional partial payment to that
purchase price of One Million Pesos (Php 1, 000, 000.00) Philippine Currency over that Five
hundred (500) square meter-portion of a parcel of land, designated as Lot No. 10531-d-6, Psd-
(af)-02-037446, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 032-2015002649 issued by Register
of Deeds, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, and situated at Barangay Libag, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan, the sale transaction of which is contained in that Deed of Conditional Sale of a Portion
of Registered Parcel of Land dated ___________.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on this 22 nd day of
March 2022, at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
