As the Educa on General Scholarship recipient, beginning with the 02/21/2022 term, your $500.00 tui on scholarship will be pro-rated and
applied equally to the tui on costs of each of your remaining program courses. Please address any ques ons or concerns regarding the

Scholarship Terms:
I acknowledge receipt of notification that I have been selected the recipient of the scholarship and term listed above.
I understand that my award is based on my status as an active enrolled degree program student at American College of Education.
I understand the $500 scholarship award will be pro-rated across all remaining courses in my program.
I understand scholarship funds will be applied to the tuition costs of my program of study only and that I am responsible for all fees and
any additional program costs.
I understand that, should I elect to discontinue my studies with American College of Education or if I am administratively withdrawn or
dismissed, I will forfeit any undisbursed scholarship funds.
I understand that I must remain in good academic standing with American College of Education or I will forfeit any undisbursed
scholarship funds.
I understand I will not receive any undisbursed scholarship funds as a cash payment
I understand I may only receive one scholarship for the duration of my program at American College of Education.
I understand I am not eligible to apply for another scholarship during the same program.
