This document walks you through the button presses on the John Deere monitor to send

the Virtual Terminal information to the Ag Leader monitor.

1. Press Menu button on the armrest.

2. Select the Planter icon.

3. Select the Planter Configuration icon.

4. Select the Display tab.

Note: This tab will not be present until the 9-pin adapter cable PN – 4002694-4 is
plugged in.

5. Select Next VT in the center of the screen.

6. Select the right arrow to confirm.

7. Accept the Task Controller error that appears on the John Deere Display.

8. The object pool status bar should appear on the Ag Leader screen.

9. To send the Virtual Terminal information back to the John Deere monitor go through
the same button presses.
