Production procedure

 In casting maintain the temperature 1160 to 1180 degree.


 In holding time when scrap is not charging in the furnace maintain the temperature
1110 to 1170 degree.
 Every 4 to 6 hour later change the coal.
 Every half an hour put CB-6 2 piece.
 Every 20mins later put dry bamboo inside the metal.
 Coal level minimum 4” above the metal.
 Graphite flux minimum 3” above the metal.
 Every 24 to 36 hour later remove burned graphite flux from top side and add more
graphite flux.
 Before casting check water& air pressure if both are fine then start casting.
 Never open the metal in casting time if metal open then oxygen from in the metal and
metal will cracked.
 Scrap must be clean properly inside scrap zinc, aluminium, Led, iron, nical etc.do not
exist. If those are available hen conductivity will be poor.
 Sometimes copper rod color will close to red it will happen due to oxygen or
requirement of graphite flux.
 If 12 stand in running and there one stand is faulty then check die setting, production
cup will cracked, cooler water circulation inlet or outlet problem then clean the pipe
with acid(HCL)
 Sometimes water leakage in the cooler. Must check where leak happen and solve it
then set the cooler.
 Compressor solenoid valve may become faulty if that happen the water will pass
inside whole system.
 Running time check the cooler by hand if it cool then run casting if not then never run
it.
 Flow meter down if always water flow if water is not flowing but meter down then
must have check the flow meter.
