1. The writer ‘Fairburn A.R.D’ uses violent language throughout the piece to
portray the killing of his younger self.
2. The tone the writer used in the poem is bitter due to the fact that the writer was
trying to depict killing his younger self and getting abandoned by it.
3. The mood of the poem is transformation. The story makes me feel anxious.
