I would adore starting the path to being a prefect and experiencing the benefits of this position. Why, you may ask? I have changed drastically over the years. Avi-Cenna has improved my academical skills, Improved my Moral Understanding and Self- assurance. I would adore being a prefect because it would give me the chance to evolve my leadership abilities and give back to Avi- Cenna. My Aim as a Prefect will be to favourably influence my juniors and act as a role model for them in my final year at Avi-Cenna.
Being a prefect takes good Teamwork and Behavioural Ability. I
Trust I have the abilities required to be a Prefect. Great Communication Skills toward my Younger one and my Pairs, commitment to completing whatever task at hand to the best of my ability, Leading the school to be great. I've previously taken part in class presentations and Representing the School in competitions. Such as the AISEN Basketball Match for Under 15 years Old and The CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Competition. Also, I was been giving the role of been a House Master for Eagle House.
Working well in a group is a key competency for prefects. I am
confident that I have this quality because I have previously participated in several group projects where we were able to Bridle challenges and produce excellent work. Not only have my leadership abilities been visible in group projects where I frequently assumed the role of leader, but also when assisting the school at various events and during My Duke Of Edinburgh Camp where I lead my group. I consider myself to be an outgoing, dependable person that respects everyone around herself. My friendly demeanour makes it simple for me to communicate with and connect with pupils. Another quality I have is my ability to help others, which might inspire younger pupils who I want to support in any difficulties they have. By continuing to set an example through my work and inspire children to strive for the greatest results possible, I hope to change how they feel about education.
In Closure, I think I am prepared to assume the further duties
that come with becoming a prefect. I've demonstrated my eagerness to help the school and help it succeed in a variety of settings. I would be happy to be a prefect and will be a privilege to represent the school at any given occasion.
