For me, when we talk about diversity is to appreciate our own differences and understanding in
cultures, religions, traditions and languages.
2. Why is there a need to assess one’s self?
For me, there is a need to assess one’s self for the purpose of enhancing the well-being of self.
Develops independent and self-directed learning and promotes self-knowledge and understanding.
