My Philosophy (Life, Education and Teaching)

I always wanted to be successful but my experience is not always beautiful

sometimes it is not always easy, it has problems too, and the challenge lies in facing
them with some pain and perseverance. It make me realized that to be happy is same
as to be successful. Everyone chases something to be happy in the end. A goal that
does not bring happiness may not be worth it. We should always strive to be happy in
life. Despite all the sadness and hatred of the world, happiness gives me hope.
Happiness gives us something to embrace, so we value it as much as possible. I
believe that happiness extends to the little things in life, so I try to stay as happy and
positive as possible. In today's world, where you hear only the bad things that are
happening around you, grasping something and giving you hope can change your view
of this situation.

As a teacher and a MAGC student, I see my happiness in guiding and helping

learners. Teaching is an active profession that must energize their students through
voluntary and enthusiastic activities. When the teacher is happy, the children are happy.
The mission of all teachers should focus on raising happy, well-coordinated children,
raised by happy, well-coordinated adults. As a teacher and former guidance staff, I
have seen learners that they just go to school because it is needed. My philosophy of
education is that every child needs an exciting educational environment that is unique
and capable of physical, mental, emotional and social growth. I want to create an
atmosphere where students can maximize their potential. I want them to neither to be
happy nor enjoy learning.

A teacher/ Guidance Counselor need to understand the motivations and impacts

of interacting with peers on learning. We don't want to rearrange or line up students to
compete because we want all of our students to achieve a high level and to be happy. I
remember what Sam Berns says “no matter your obstacles, live a happy life” and I want
my learners to believe in this as well as myself. Living and pursuing a happy life is
everyone's wish and ultimate goal. Many people work hard to achieve and achieve what
they believe to bring true well-being, whether related to some kind of monetary or
external value. When someone's soul is happy and healthy, and their soul and actions
in everyday life are in harmony, they are happier than those who are pessimistic and
suffering in their soul and emotions. It means you are one step closer to life. A
successful life is having true happiness.
