1973 Midsteel Stockholders Ltd founded.

1990 The Midsteel Group is founded incorporating Midsteel Studbolts Ltd and Midsteel Pipeline Ltd.

1994 Midsteel Sections Ltd joins The Midsteel Group.

1997 Midsteel Bars Ltd joins The Midsteel Group.

2003 Midsteel Studbolts Ltd merges with Midsteel Pipeline Ltd.

2006 Prosper Distribution Ltd joins The Midsteel Group.

2010 Midsteel Flanges & Fittings Ltd was created.

Prosper Distribution Ltd merges with Beck Industries to form Beck Prosper Ltd.
The Midsteel Group is ranked 60th in The Sunday Times International Track 100.
Midsteel wins The Queens Award for Enterprise (International Trading).

testing such as MPI, LPE, PMI, UT, RT, Hardness, Tensile, Charpy Impact
and Chemical Analysis to client or general specifications.
Any other specified testing or certification requirements can be provided

Park Lane Flange & Fittings Ltd

Park Lane Flange & Fittings Ltd first started machining in 1990 manufacturing
Spades, Spacers and Spectacle Blinds and carrying out Sub-Contract Machining

for local companies.

It wasn’t long before Park Lane was established and started exporting its
products into Europe.

There were many manufacturing companies now using Park Lane for the Sub-
Contract Machining of Flanges and Pipe Fittings. With this increase in business,
Park Lane were able to invest in new CNC Machinery.
More investment followed in the stockholding of ASTM A182 Grade F11 and F22
Blind and Weld Neck Forgings.

In 2014, Midsteel Flanges & Fittings Ltd acquired a 50% share in

Park Lane Flange & Fittings Ltd and relocated them into their premises in
Kingswinford.

Midsteel’s engineering expertise and it’s comprehensive stock range in
conjunction with the manufacturing expertise of Park Lane looks set to
power the perfect partnership.
