1. __ In line with the Regional Memorandum No. 0285, s.2021. This office announces the
conduct of re-validation of online data evaluation of the CSS (Comprehensive School Safety),
Health and Safety Protocol Implementation Assessment tool. This will be conducted by the
Division DRRM Monitoring Team.
2. Attached is the list of district offices with their respective schedule for monitoring.
‘The composition of Division DRRM Monitoring and Validating Team is also indicated in the
table.

3. The first five schools which have the average excellency and satisfactorily are
required to submit hard copy based on evaluation forms for the validation per district.
This are five categories based on your online evaluation based on Division Memo #

a) Number of schools implemented the policy/protocol excellency ahead of time or the set
schedule of implementation;
b) Number of schools implemented the policy / protocol satisfactorily on time;
c) Number of schools implemented the policy /protocol fairly and complied it late of the set
schedule of implementation;
d) Number of schools implemented the policy / protocol poorly and complied it very late of
the set schedule of implementation;
¢) Number of schools failed to implement the DRRM policy / protocol in school.
4. Attached is the stipulated CSS Monitoring Tool.
5. All expenses incurred during the conduct of the monitoring and validation are
chargeable to DRRM Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation downloaded funds subject to
auditing rules and regulation.
6. This memorandum serves as Authority to Travel.
7. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is desired.
