The first five schools which have the average excellency and satisfactorily are required to submit hard copy based on evaluation forms for the validation per district. Attached is the stipulated CSS Monitoring Tool. 5. All expenses incurred during the conduct of the monitoring and validation are chargeable to DRRM Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation downloaded funds subject to auditing rules and regulation. 6.
