LifeWorks is a benefit provided by Oliver & Bonacini at no additional cost to you, and it’s
completely confidential. Whether you need help with a work-related issue or a personal or
family problem, you can turn to LifeWorks for support and assistance with issues of everyday
life, and for access to a wealth of resources.

 Call any time, day or night, to speak with a caring, professional consultant who will
listen to your concerns and help you find answers to everyday questions. The program
includes consultations, information and educational materials, counselling and
personalized community referrals.

LifeWorks provides:

 Toll-free access to qualified, professional consultants for confidential, expert help with
work, life and everything in between (all services available in English or French and live
translation service available in 140 languages for needs assessment during
intake);
 Telephonic or face-to face counselling with Master’s level counsellors across Canada;
 Alternative access to the program by email or online at www.LifeWorks.com;
 Customized research to assist employees in addressing their particular issues;
 Information about resources and support agencies located in an employee’s community;
and,
 Access to hundreds of educational materials including articles, booklets, audio
recordings/ CDs, toolkits and assessments, and more
