SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Electrical test before and after serving.
2. Disassemble all parts and accessories.
3. Clean and remove all contaminants specially the rotor and stator winding.
4. Pre-heat the motor to dry up then monitor insulation resistance
5. Reinsulate the windings if necessary.
6. Replace any damage part if necessary.
7. House keeping
8. Provide report and recommendation.

PAYMENT TERMS : 30 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION
NOTE: WE WILL DO SERVICING, INSPECTION AND CHECK-UP THE FOLLOWING UNITS. THIS
JOB WILL BE DONE ON-SITE AT PHILIPPINE MINING SERVICE CORPORATION PLANT.
