Education : Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Economics,

Public administration or any related course

Work Experience : 5 years experience in government budgeting or any related

field

3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA)
4. Certified photocopy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
5. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/rating/license
6. Photocopy of PRC license and Board Rating (if applicable)
7. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma.
8. Photocopy of Certificates of Training programs completed.
9. Certificate of Employment from all previous employers or Service Record (for government employees
from other agencies).
