Dessert for breakfast is always a good move, especially with these Banana

Bread Muffins! To be honest, this recipe is just about the same as the
loaf-style recipe. Only real difference is the use of a muffin tin and the
length of time in the oven. Definitely would recommend giving this one a
try!

Mix-Ins
Hefty amount Chocolate Chips 4 Mix in your chocolate chips and walnuts if desired (I think
Chopped Walnuts the slight crunch is a lovely textural addition). Line a muffin
tin with wrappers and begin to spoon in your batter. The
key here is to only fill the muffin wrappers up about 2/3rds of
the way so that they have plenty of room to rise in the oven.
Depending on how your portioning skills are, you should
yield about 12-15 muffins in this.
5 Once all muffin wrappers are filled, bake in oven at 325F
for 16 minutes or until a toothpick can be poked in and re-
moved without any batter on it. If you prefer a doughier sort
of muffin, shoot for about 13 minutes. Enjoy!

Best way to enjoy these (in my opinion) is warmed up in the microwave

with a bit of cream cheese spread across. That or in a bowl of ice cream!
