Explain the effect of each of the following :

a. as the demand for new computers

ANSWER: Today we are experiencing a pandemic , so people’s jobs are done at home as well as studying.
Since an individual cannot go to a crowded place to do his task , he needs new computers to use and because of
this system the number of demand for new computers will rise . Also because of the pandemic ,the price of
goods or products is also affected just like computers, so when the price is expensive the demand will decrease
just like what the table shows .

b. the price of the computer fall by 20% of 100.

ANSWER: Due to the increase in the number of demand for computers, the net price of the new computer
was affected. Just like the net profit decrease or fall by 20% of 100 that is equivalent to 40 php. So the 40
pesos price will be 32 php now.
