A Sprint is done when...

Enforced by Scrum Master/PM

• The sprint time box has expired

• All completed stories have been approved by the PM (or stakeholders, if PM does not
have final authority)
• Any incomplete work has been moved into a future sprint or returned to the
backlog no later than DSU Tuesday of the new sprint
o Must adhere to this format - [CO:# OPt:#] CO # = # of times the item has been
carried over across sprints, OPt:# = original story points
• Scrum Team has completed a sprint retrospective
