Whereas, with the majority of the parents of Grade VI pupils being in quorum and acting on the
agenda of the said meeting, the following was passed, to wit:

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that the stage decoration expenses be resolved. The
parents will donate P100.00 each for the additional expenses in the stage and hall decoration
for the San Antonio Elementary School graduation for the School Year 2021 – 2022.

ON MOTION by Mrs. Jarissa Bernadas duly seconded by all parents, the problem for the
additional expenses for the stage decoration of San Antonio Elementary School graduation
ceremony.
