Ref: - BSNLEU/S10(T&P) dated 05.08.2022. With reference to the letter cited above, we would like to bring the following to your kind notice, for favour of ‘making necessary intervention. Vide letter cited under reference, | have stated that, the applications of JEs working in Meghalaya BA, requesting for transfer under Rule-8, are being held up at the BA office and are not being forwarded to the CGM office. It has been brought to our notice that, the Tripura and Mizoram BAS in NE-I circle, are also holding up the Rule-8 transfer applications of the JEs, without forwarding them to the CGM office. It is needless to state that, this is Violation of the Corporate Office letter no. BSNLCO-A/16(11)/2/2022-ESTAB dated 16.06,2022. In view of the foregoing, we request you to kindly Intervene on this matter and to issue necessary direction to the CGM, NE-I circle, for the strict adherence of the instructions of the Corporate Offic, in the matter of Rule-8 transfer of DR JES.
